The Centre Pompidou is beginning its transformation. Following the gradual closure of all levels of the historic Beaubourg building, the major renovation project will begin in early 2026.

The cultural renovation is led by Moreau Kusunoki (lead architect, principal designer) in association with Frida Escobedo Studio (associate designer), AlA Ingénierie (engineer), PEUTZ (acoustics), Architecture & Technique (scenography), R-USE (re-use), VPEAS (cost consultant), Vraiment Vraiment (user expertise). In collaboration with AIA Life Designers, who are leading the technical renovation.
